James grew up in Eastern North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2016. He moved to Charlotte, NC immediately after school and has been in the mortgage business ever since! He worked on the bank side of things when he started in the industry before leaving to join the Loan Pronto team in the spring of 2019.

I grew up in Durham, North Carolina, with wonderful parents and three brothers. To say that watching sports and pulling for the Tarheels was a part of my childhood is an understatement. After college in Chapel Hill, I worked for a group of real estate attorneys and pulled books at the Durham and Wake County Courthouses searching titles. I also worked for a real estate developer in the Triangle area before getting my real estate license many moons ago.
